When Holly came to us in February 1992, little did we know the impact this naughty, gangly, high-spirited Boxer girl was going to have on our lives and on our hearts.  Jim had to have an operation on his leg, so it was left to me to take her to training classes and subsequently to her first shows.   Holly was the first Boxer I had ever shown, so it was a steep learning curve for both of us, not to mention quite a battle of wills. She had no interest in bait of any kind, and was always more interested in what was going on outside the ring (or in the next ring, or even in the next field!!) Eventually we got our act together, and Holly won her first Green Star at Swords Championship Show in June 1993, doing it in style by also taking Best of Breed and the Working Group. Less than 12 weeks later she was -

Holly did us proud in the ring, with numerous Green Stars, Best of Breeds, Group and Best in Show wins and placings.
